"Found the Parts Without the Usual Drama"
I was bracing myself for a whole ordeal trying to find the parts I needed, but the site made it surprisingly easy. Checkout was quick, simple, and over before I had time to get annoyed.

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from plumbersstock.com and the shipping was a bit slower than I was expecting. The item did arrive in good condition, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the wait was kind of frustrating. Tracking barely updated for a couple days, and when I asked about it, support basically said something like, “It’s in transit and should update soon.” Not the end of the world, but not exactly a speedy experience either

"Packed really well, honestly"
I ordered this while I was rearranging a few things around the house, so I was already kind of expecting a mess of cardboard and parts, but everything showed up in great shape. The box was sturdy, nothing was rattling around inside, and all the pieces were safe when I opened it up.

"Good price, but it showed up banged up"
I ordered a plumbing part from plumbersstock.com because the price seemed good, and it did show up when it was supposed to. But when I got the box, it was crushed, like it had been tossed around a bit. The part itself had a dent on one corner, which wasn’t great.

Customer service was okay and helped me get it figured out, so that part wasn’t bad. It just added extra time to the whole thing, and I kind of needed it sooner rather than later. Not the worst experience, just frustrating...

"Issue got fixed, but took a little while"
my order from PlumbersStock was mostly fine, but the part showed up with a small issue. It wasn’t completely unusable or anything, just not quite what I was expecting.
I reached out to support and they did get back to me, but it wasn’t the quickest response. I had to follow up once, which was a little frustrating, but they eventually helped me get everything sorted out.
In the end, it was handled, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just could have gone a bit smoother. Average overall for me.

The order confirmation email was okay, but it wasn’t super clear. I had to look around a bit to figure out the details, and maybe that’s just me, but I expected it to be more straightforward. The info was there, sort of, but it could’ve been laid out better.

"Backorder was frustrating, but they at least kept me updated"
I was annoyed that my part ended up on backorder, and I feel like they should’ve made that clearer from the start. It delayed everything and messed up my plans, which really isn’t okay. To their credit, they did send email updates and gave me the option to cancel, so at least they didn’t completely leave me hanging. It showed up later than I wanted, but in the end the part was fine.
